Procedures for Special Ordering Reloading Supplies
The Polk Skeet and Trap Club provide its members the opportunity to special order reloading supplies, components and shot shells. The following policies and procedures have been established to facilitate the special ordering of reloading supplies, components and shot shells by current active members.
The Polk Skeet and Trap Club only stocks and sells reloading supplies and components that are in high demand and have a rapid turnover rate. All other reloading components and supplies will need to be special ordered by the member. Special order forms may be obtained at the shell house and must be filled out completely and turned at the shell house with the appropriate non-refundable deposit before the item(s) will be ordered for the member. A member cost for special order items will be the clubs wholesale cost for the item(s) plus a 10% handling fee and sales tax. All items need to be paid for and picked up as soon as possible after the item(s) are delivered to the club by the vendor. All special item sales are final they may not be returned or exchanged.
Deposits for special order reloading supplies, components and shot shells will be:
Powder:
1 pound containers of powder will have a $12.00 non refundable deposit per container.
4 pound containers of powder will have a $50.00 non refundable deposit per container.
8 pound containers of powder will have a $100.00 non refundable deposit per container.
Primers:
Winchester and Remington shot shell primers will have a $150.00 non refundable deposit per sleeve of 5,000 primers. Primers will only be special ordered in lots of 5,000 primers.
All other shot shell primers will have a $100.00 non refundable deposit per sleeve of 5,000 primers. Primers will only be special ordered in lots of 5,000 primers.
Only shot shell primers will be special ordered.
Wads:
All special ordered wads will have a non refundable deposit of $10.00 per container of 250 and or 500 wads.
Shot:
All special ordered shot will require a non refundable deposit of $30.00 per 25# bag.
Shot Shells:
All special ordered shot shells will require a non refundable deposit of $4.00 per box of 12 and or 20 gauge shot shells and a non refundable deposit of $7.50 per box of 28 gauge and or 410 bore shot shells.
A special order may be cancelled by a member and he/she will receive a special order deposit refund if the special order is cancelled before the order is finalized with the vendor.
